The buildings surrounding the site are mainly 10-20 stories tall, hence I am proposing to erect a new high rise residential HDB block of height 12 storeys so that it fits with the surrounding buildings.

Educational institute, public transport, F&B outlets area are all within short range of site hence ease of accessibility.

2) Active & vibrant community
Presence of wide range amenities attracts crowd clusters.
About this project
In this project, little to no emphasis was placed on the design aspect. The tutors wanted to create an opportunity to test and apply our understanding of the different building compliance codes. Hence, the following set of drawings are drafted entirely by me in Revit 2020 in preparation for Building Plan (BP) submission.
